| My Experience | I applied online and within 10 days it got approved, dispatched and delivered. No documents were asked or physical form was filled. (Probably because I am axis bank member) The card was received with a new CV id embossed beneath card number. I was already having CV id so I need to change it I contacted customer care of Axis bank and was offered to either keep the new number or if I wish to continue the old cv id then they will replace the card with new CV id. (If you wish to use the new CV then you will have to contact Vistara customer care to merge the two CV IDs and then contact the axis bank to activate the new ID) I preferred old CV so I got replacement card with old CV id embossed. I wanted to activate the Gold Membership of Club Vistara, so I paid the joining fee with GST in advance and requested the customer care of Axis bank to activate it. Once he understood my concern and raised a service request and within 3 days my CV id was upgraded to cv gold. |
